BACKWARDNESS
In the last ten years instead of growing Brazil is going
against the stream and stagnating. They named stagnation as
economic stability. Why? This is not normal. Then what are
they behaving like that?
The
only answer is: Brazilians are stupid people, really morons
and a fucking race. They love to be fooled and the moment is
perfect for them. Since the PT took over they are exposing
and taking advantage of these features of Brazilians like no
one has before. PT people became experts in charming people
the same way Indians charm snakes.
This is why the polls there says that the country is
not ok but the President is ok. Can you get this insanity?
So the present President can easily appoint his successor or
if he wishes he can modify the constitution and get his
third term.
His charm the fools and keep the press in short
rein policy is really working. Brazilian press do exactly what the PT demands. Otherwise their financial
resources are cut. There the government is the biggest press
financial provider.
So
they are free to do whatever they wanna do. Their corruption cases
spread everywhere in all layers of administration,
executive, judiciary, politic. You just name
it and you will find it. It seems the only thing they want to grow
there is the corruption.
All Brazilian politicians are smart asses in domestic situations.
However when they face any foreign small challenge they succumb
like they did in the case of Evo Morales and Chavez.
Brazilian government resolved the issue by striking a complicated
deal with Bolivia over gas prices that essentially made concessions
to Mr Morales while allowing Brazil to save face. Those two freaks
fucked the Brasilian politicians easily and they are still
laughing at them.
There is no hope for that joke country because the only way to
change things is through education and the present
administration made the education there the worst in the world
. They are not interested in education. They are interested
only in stupidity and ignorance because they are experts in
manipulating the morons and charming them.
So Brazilians are ridiculous and stupid people, they do not
have public spirit, they are predators, they are
always trying to fuck each other.
They are bad drivers, They do not respect the transit
rules. Most of them drive under the influence of alcohol mainly on
weekends.
They throw rubbish anywhere in the streets. They are that kind of race good for nothing. They are really mother fuckers. A piece of advice for foreigners: Do not go over there because only two things can happen to you: You can be mugged or you can become just one more "Brazilian moron". Be smart and stay away from there.
Sources of Corruption in Brazil
The government has at least 22,000 public posts at its discretion, which means the public employees and officials are hand-picked, without the need to go through any selection process whatsoever.
That constitutes a weapon in negotiations with the legislature, because the executive branch offers posts to the parties or lawmakers in exchange for support in Congress.
The eradication of this distortion is never discussed, because no party is interested in doing so, since the opposition also makes use of the system, say the experts.
The second major source of corruption, the discretionary budget, allows the executive branch to employ and manipulate public funds according to its interests at any given moment, and to use them to corrupt.
Public tenders are also used to trade favors between government officials and companies contracted as suppliers, in violation of the rules. The situation is further aggravated by the funding shortfall in state oversight bodies.
Corruption has greater repercussions now because the left is involved, but it's no different from the corruption of the past. The people have a short memory when it comes to corruption scandals, which means that the most recent always seems like the worst ever.
In addition to the excessive number of public sector posts filled through political appointments and lack of efficient budgetary controls, there are other structural flaws that favor the diversion of state funds, including excessive autonomy for state and municipal governments, the huge number of municipalities with tiny populations, and the general inefficiency of the Brazilian state.
Final Explanation
Among many others examples of the Brazilian stupidity here are some more:
Cable, health insurance, telephone companies and others impose unconscionable contracts to the customers and the Courts enforce them instead of voiding.
Many political and behavioral analysts blame the constitution as the root of all Brazilian problems. Besides that they also have a dangerous unwritten Constitution: The "Brasilis law" or "Gerson's law ".
Here is it:
In Brazilian culture, "Gérson's law" or "Brasilis law" is the law that someone who "likes to take advantage on everyone and everything" follows, in the negative sense of using all situations for self benefit, with no care for ethics or moral principles.
The main idea linked to "Gérson's law" is, undoubtedly, one of the most deeply rooted values in Brazilian culture. While not always openly discussed, the value of that "law", the concept of being "smart", the usage of "connections" or "pulling strings", are part of the conditioned social behaviors that help maintain Brazil's cultural, political and social immaturity.
It is an amoral and unwritten social regulation that is widely accepted: it's okay to bribe, cheat and take advantage of every situation. it seems Brazilians are not willing to break such nasty unwritten regulation. It is up and stronger than ever. It is a typical "Carioca" stuff. "Carioca" is a native of Rio de Janeiro state.
